退款政策

We highly prioritize food hygiene and health, taking the customer into consideration, as it is essential for food-related matters, and in addition to product quality. Thus, we strictly adhere to a no-return or exchange policy without valid reasons.


Valid Reasons for Return:


a. Defective or damaged products: If the received product is found to be defective or damaged, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange within [7 days] from the date of purchase. The customer must provide evidence, such as photos or videos, clearly displaying the issues with the product.
b. Expired products: In the case of receiving products that have expired, the customer is entitled to request a return or exchange within [7 days] from the date of purchase. The customer must provide the relevant proof of the expiration date.
c. Incorrect product: If the customer receives a product that is different from the one ordered, they have the right to request a return or exchange within [7 days] from the date of purchase. The customer must provide evidence, such as photos or order details, clearly showing the discrepancy.

 

Conditions for Return:

a. Products should be returned in their original packaging.
b. The returned product should be in the same condition as when received, without any signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
